duration and the price there, you pay on her page, and the show takes place in MondoChat.
Booking and delivering a show through MondoChat is what allows us to verify what was agreed. That is

refund you. Anything arranged outside MondoChat cannot be verified and is not covered.
If you paid for a service you did not receive, first try to resolve it directly with the camgirl, as
she can issue a refund herself. If that is not possible, email us at info@mondocamgirls.com within
60 days of the payment (after this period we cannot guarantee a solution). We guarantee that you
will receive either a refund or the purchased service, provided your request complies with the
website's regulations.
Refunds are normally issued as credit to be spent on the site. Where required by law or by card
scheme rules — for example if a service was not provided, in case of a technical error, or for an
unauthorised transaction — the refund will be made to your original payment method. Please note that
refunds can only be processed for payments made directly on the site.

Yes. MondoChat is the official platform for all services on MondoCamGirls and is being enabled across all profiles. Services purchased through MondoCamGirls must be completed using MondoChat and the tools provided by the platform, where MondoChat is available. Moving a service to WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other external channel is not permitted and may result in the accounts involved being suspended. Services conducted through external channels cannot be verified by MondoCamGirls and are not covered by our service support.
