A. GENERAL RULES

1. By visiting and using the Site (https://mondocamgirls.com & https://mondocamgirls.net) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which form a binding contract between you and MondoCamGirls.
2. These Terms and Conditions are the entire contract between you and MondoCamGirls and replace any previous agreement. You may be bound by additional terms when using specific features or programs on the Site, such as the Cam Girl Area.
3. MondoCamGirls may modify these Terms and Conditions. Any changes are published on this page, and continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you may terminate your account as described in the Cancellation section below.
4. As a user you may access certain sections of the Site. This does not automatically grant all permissions, and some features and services are not provided free of charge.
5. MondoCamGirls is operated under Swiss law and is subject to applicable Swiss and European Union regulations, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All persons appearing in sexually explicit content on this Site were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created. Before a model is allowed to publish content, MondoCamGirls verifies their identity and age using a valid government-issued identity document. Records of these verifications and of each model’s consent are retained for the period required by applicable law and are released only to competent authorities or as otherwise required by law.
6. Swiss law applies to these Terms and Conditions and to the contractual relationship arising from them. The competent court is Poschiavo (Switzerland).
7. Models may publish only their own photos and videos, or those of third parties for whom a valid identity document and consent have been provided and verified. Anyone depicted in any content has the right to request its removal by contacting the Assistance section. Verified removal requests are handled promptly and, in any case, within the timeframes required by applicable law.
8. Performers (models) on MondoCamGirls act as independent providers. They are not employees, agents or representatives of MondoCamGirls. Each performer independently sets their own prices, decides which content and services to offer, and manages their own interactions with users. The commission retained by MondoCamGirls is charged solely for the use of the platform's services, including audience discovery, the technological platform, profile hosting, and payment processing, and not for the performance itself.

B. Client Area

1. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide MondoCamGirls with true, complete and up-to-date information regarding your account and billing. Providing false or incomplete information may result in termination of your account.
2. Each user chooses a Password and a Username. You may not use another person’s username, a name that infringes the rights of third parties, or a username that is offensive or inappropriate.
3. MondoCamGirls owns all Usernames used on the Site.
4. During registration your IP address is recorded and retained, including after any cancellation. This forms part of MondoCamGirls’ fraud-prevention policy.
5. You are solely responsible for any activity carried out through your account. You may not allow another person to use your account, and your login cannot be assigned or transferred. You must promptly inform MondoCamGirls of any apparent security breach, such as loss, theft, or unauthorised use of your username or password.
6. Users whose account has been terminated may not access the Site without prior written authorisation from MondoCamGirls.
7. You can cancel your account at any time. Upon voluntary cancellation, any remaining credits will expire and will not be refunded in cash, unless required by applicable law or by the rules of the card scheme used for payment — for example, in the case of an unauthorised transaction or a technical error attributable to the platform. If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, remaining credits will not be refunded or exchanged for cash or any other form of payment. If the Site is permanently closed, all accounts will be terminated and users with unused credits will be contacted with a resolution in line with applicable card scheme rules.
8. If the Site or any purchased content is temporarily unavailable, MondoCamGirls will work to restore access as soon as possible. If a purchase cannot be fulfilled due to a technical fault or service interruption attributable to the platform, you are entitled to compensation in the form of account credits or, where required by your card issuer’s rules, a refund to your original payment method. The timeframes for refunds range from 5 to 10 business days from the confirmation that the service was not provided, plus any additional processing times that the involved banking institutions may take. Please contact our support team to request a resolution.

C. Invoicing and Payments

1. MondoCamGirls does not charge for registering on the Site. However, the use of some features — for example, purchasing shows, videos or photos — incurs charges at the rate set by the operator.
2. Prices, duration and performances in shows must be agreed in advance with the camgirl (model). Mondocamgirls does not have any participation in the definition of the prices for shows.
3. You can view your usage data and the status of your remaining credit in the Client Area. If you have any billing questions, you can contact Customer Service at any time.
4. Payments by credit card on MondoCamGirls are processed securely through our payment provider. If you have any question about a card transaction, please contact MondoCamGirls support.
5. Payment services are provided by external payment processors, and transactions are processed securely on behalf of you through MondoCamGirls. Your card statement will show a generic billing descriptor that identifies the transaction that will not explicitly mention Mondocamgirls for the sake of privacy.
6. MondoCamGirls is responsible only for transactions made on the Site and for chargebacks related to those transactions when causes are properly validated.
7. MondoCamGirls may, at its discretion, change billing and payment methods and the rates and costs of the Site. Changes are published on the Site, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you may terminate your account as described in the Cancellation section.
8. You alone are responsible for all costs associated with your internet connection to MondoCamGirls.
9. If you have any question or doubt about a transaction, please contact MondoCamGirls before initiating a chargeback, so that we can resolve it directly. If a chargeback occurs, your account may be suspended or terminated and remaining credits may be withheld pending review.
10. MondoCamGirls issues refunds where a purchased service has not been provided as agreed. Refunds are normally issued as credit to be spent on MondoCamGirls or with a refund to the used payment method, according to the user’s will . Where required by applicable law or by card scheme rules — including cases of non-delivery, technical error, or unauthorized transactions — refunds will be made to the original payment method. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment through the Assistance section.
11. All payments for services on MondoCamGirls must be made through the Site. Payments made outside MondoCamGirls are not protected, are not covered by these Terms, and may result in loss of money.

D. The content

1. All content on the Site — including software, photos, videos and communications — is provided by models.
2. MondoCamGirls verifies model identity before activation and moderates content on the Site. Content is monitored before and/or after publication, and MondoCamGirls removes any content that is illegal, that violates these Terms, or that is reported and found to be in breach. MondoCamGirls also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account responsible for such content.
3. All materials on the Site are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, copied, altered, published, transmitted or transferred in any way without written permission. By submitting content to public areas of the Site, you grant MondoCamGirls a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and display that content for the purpose of operating the Site.
4. You agree to use MondoCamGirls only for lawful purposes. The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited:
   content involving, suggesting, or appearing to involve, minors, including any child sexual abuse material;
   non-consensual content, including intimate images shared without the consent of every person depicted;
   bestiality, incest, or extreme sadomasochism presented or not in a sexual context;
   content that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, or physical abuse;
   harassment, threats, defamation, or content that is hateful on racial, ethnic or other grounds, directed at any person;
   impersonation of any person or entity, including a minor or a representative of MondoCamGirls;
   unsolicited advertising or promotional material, or attempts to obtain another user’s password, account, or financial information.
   
5. To protect its members from offensive communications, MondoCamGirls reserves the right to block mass email solicitations.
6. Any photo, video or show obtained through the Site is licensed for your personal use only. You may not register, publish, edit, commercialise, distribute, transmit, rent, lease, or publicly perform it.

E. ACTIVITIES FOR ADULTS

The adult sections of this Site are intended only for adults who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) and who wish to access sexually explicit material. The Site contains graphic nudity and sexual content and must not be accessed by anyone under 18, by anyone who is offended by such material, or by anyone in a jurisdiction where accessing it would be unlawful.
By accessing the Site you confirm that you are of legal age, that you are accessing this material voluntarily for your personal use, and that you will not allow any minor to access it. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing this Site is lawful in your location.
